Valentina is Associate Professor at FEE at Intelligent Information Systems Lab at the Computer Science Department, and author of more than 100 scientific papers published at national and international conference proceedings, international journals, as well as chapters of international books. She participated in several national projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development and four FP7/H2020/Horizon Europe projects and one COST action CHIPSET as task lead and contributor as well as. Her research interests are related to information services for business process management, intelligent information systems based on modern Web technologies in the field of collaborative processes, interactive systems for the accumulation and management of knowledge and application areas of trust propagation algorithms and decision-making, business analysis of information systems, business models and processes, and ontology engineering.
